I'm a student of complexity

A facilitator, an educator, a designer and avid learner.

My sweet spot is convening people and designing processes for in-person collaboration as a catalyst for emergence.

"Emergence is the way complex systems and patterns arise out of a multiplicity of relatively simple interactions."

~ Nick Obolensky, Complex Adaptive Leadership: Embracing Paradox  and Uncertainty

Hey Everyone,
I'm Sasha.

In a complex world, who by its very nature is change, there is no certainty, there are no absolute answers. We are called to be present with the world around us, to make sense of what we are seeing and act on our creativity and imagination for the good and benefit of all.

Invitation and conversation remain fundamental human capacities in this time. Collaboration begins with invitation, trusting that those who join are the right people. Living a life of invitation means purposefully connecting with others to make a difference. And once we have a group of people acting on invitation, it is through deep conversation, we build the foundation for sustainable collaboration, working together to co-create the future we envision.

I work with organizations, communities, and individuals. My sweet spot is in facilitating skillful dialogue and holding space for collaborative exploration, believing that the solutions and leadership we need emerge from these shared conversations. I hold and care about process—how we work together—and am dedicated to hold space for people to make their best contributions towards building our collective future.

This website was designed by me.

It hosts my Masters of Education in Sustainability, Creativity and Innovation Project (2025)

One day it will hold more good work that I've participated in.
